Changing strings on a symmetrical 12-hole bridge:
Note: Before you start changing the strings, make sure you bring some protection behind the bridge to avoid scratches!
- High E-string: Remove the bone, then start with the high E-string.
- B-string
- G-string: In case the G-string is smaller than 1.00 mm
( see on the package) take next step!
- G-string smaller than 1.00 mm.
- Low E-string
- A-string
- D-string
- Replace the bone in the bridge. Make sure the strings run at equal distance over the bone.
