Concert guitars are built entirely according to artisinal methods, with a choice between a 'solid top' or 'double top'.

The decoration of the concert guitar is strongly symbolized. The builder uses a laurel wreath (aromatic laurel) for the rosette. In ancient times, 'Apollo', the Greek god of light and music, was depicted with a laurel wreath around his head. This image is still used as a sign of victory and power.

The ornament of the head symbolizes an 'open book'.

As a finishing touch for concertguitars, the instruments are always completely polished with shellac (French polish). This natural product provides an even greater refined sound richness.
